If they're in the military, court marshal them. Put them in an oubliette (they did it to the J6ers so it's only fair). If they're not in the military, ban them from ever holding a government job again. De-bank them, just like the Left is justifying debanking conservatives. Turn-about is fair play and it's time they learned that.
exactly! I hear too many conservatives claim "oh, but we don't want to sink to their level!"
Actually, yes we do - its the only thing they will understand. Show them what happens when they set precedent - use their own methods against them and use them so effectively that they will be terrified to try again in the future.
Go after them legally - heaven knows there is enough evidence out there to actually convict these criminals. Debank them. Use every dirty trick they themselves employed, but use them better and be successful with them and prove to them what happens when you play with matches!
Exactly. Otherwise you get the same two steps forward one step back dance that got us where we are. Oh no, we're too good for that. We're above that. We're better than that. This is not Marquess of Queensberry Rules. Like Karl in Die Hard said, " I don't want neutral, I want..."
We no longer live in a world where people understand that the power you give government to use on your behalf can be used against you and that's a lesson that needs to be retaught as often as harshly as possible. Just so our kids will live in a sane society
What say I? Sharpen the ax and begin the pruning, Mr. President. Any leader who gives a lawful order, sees it being disobeyed or slow-walked loses his standing as a leader if he does not immediately and decisively jerk a knot in the froward, defiant subordinate's keester. Any military or civilian governmental person who willingly took The Oath who cannot or will not be true to it needs to find another line of work...and feel the consequences of his or her failure. The system crumbles, otherwise.
I grew up in Minot, with lots of friends at the base. There seemed to be a change in atmosphere when I visited after college in the late 90s. They’ve had numerous incidents with personnel since then.
Unfortunately I agree with you - its going to take a whole lot more work to actually root the DEI poison out of government and businesses.
My husband is gleefully watching the news about all the businesses that are supposedly shutting down their DEI programs, but I point out that just because the name is gone does not mean the concepts are gone. No, now they'll just do it behind closed doors and quietly as undocumented rules.
He says "then someone can sue for discrimination!" The problem is you have to prove it; you have to find a way to prove that the DIE programs are still at work and without a series of internal whistleblowers, how do you do that?
Now as for the government agencies? I hope this leads to some major profile firings or even dishonorable discharges - enough to scare anyone else from trying it. But it's not going to be gone; not by a long shot. Not after they've spent the last 16 years quietly entrenching themselves into all facets of the bureaucracy. The only reason they become so public in the Biden administration is because they were secure in their holds in their sectors.
Its a start, for sure, and I'm happy to see it, but I know a whole lot more has to be done to actually make it stick.

I agree with both of you!

Define the entire BATF, and at least one of those problems will go away.
Oh, I'm sure the Navy is doing the same thing. There's too many true believers who made it to positions of high rank by the DEI system.
"Prejudicial to good order and discipline." I'd say the pro-DEI nazis' actions fall under this. And paraphrasing Oprah:
"You get a court martial! And you get a court martial!"
I would love to see former Lt Col Lohmeier turned loose on this rot. 😈

Bam, the fun thing about lawsuits and court cases generally is the discovery phase. There’s a whole LOT of discoverin’ to be done.
