I have had a Hotmail email account since circa 2003. Recently "Copilot", an AI assist, has popped up and as friendly as a used car salesman, it has tried to suggest how I might better pen my emails. I tried to google information about how to disable this intrusive app that I loathe, but I haven't the computer skills or the patience to kill this intrusive app. This is AI.
