from long ago memory, the wards on the 7th floor, including both Psych and the VIP ward, should be adequate for the High Horse House members.
Pro tip: a wet bath blanket applied to the meeting of the door of a private room and the floor, along with turning the fan up to high, will substantially reduce the odor of high grade sensimilla being used to control cancer chemo therapeutic nausea in the hallway. Oh, and as far as the move from Soldiers' Field to Hammond, Indiana - Hammond is one of the larger Chicago suburbs and has more 'grow room' than any other proposed site other than the Arlington Heights location as far as I can tell. Both Grant Park and Arlington Park are only about 320-330 acres so it remains to be seen what parcel will be picked.

I want to see a border war between Chicago and Gary, IN. A generational turf war to keep them busy. Let outsiders pick sides and fund their team. Massive funds for marksmanship training, airdrop Hi Point Yeet Canon 9mm pistols and ammo. Teach them how to use drones too.
given that IN has FAR MORE liberal firearms laws, including types of ownership and carry concealed policies, I suspect that the Cook Co types just might be outgunned.
at least while the Coppers might get their knickers in a twist, it's doubtful that they will come around to put the bracelets on you, haul you off to the Old Bailey, then off to spend a year or two in gaol after a truly kangaroo court appearance ... unless you make the mistake of taking a tour of Old Blighty, which might catch their attention!
