It never stops growing and metasticizing, destroying every healthy cell and consuming vital nutrients, so the only reasonable response is to never allow it to enter. As Exhibit A, I give you England, France and Germany; once bastions of Western Civilization, they are now being dominated by the moslem jihadis they allowed to enter. No criticism of islam is allowed. To suggest opposition to the moslem invasion is to court death from the jihadis themselves and worse, punishment by the very government that is supposed to protect its citizens from such violence. Here in America, we have the worst of all possible worlds; a red/green/islamic alliance that seeks to dismantle our society and replace it with a socialist/islamic tyranny. Look at New York City for your template, or Minneapolis or any number of other cities where islamists and socialist/communists have managed to gain power. Of course, once that happens, the eventual result will be like that which happened in Iran; the islamists will dispatch their erstwhile socialist/communist "allies" and transition from dar al-harb to their preferred dar al-islam.
If we can ever manage to secure our elections, I'll be very curious just how lefty some of these places actually are. I'm beginning to think that (nationally) the Democrats really only have about 20%-30% support and the rest is vaporware.

I've been following Nioh Berg on Twitter/X about it. As for why MSM isn't covering it, my guess is because it doesn't follow their preferred narrative. And I hope you're right about that woman in the picture having an exit plan, because she made herself a major target for the regime. All those women look so gorgeous.

To be brutally honest I'm not sure "Honest Journalism" or Journalistic integrity if you will, ever existed. Let's take the often mentioned Walter Cronkite. He hid his bias a little, until his kid was refused draft deferment, and then he was all about how the US was losing the war, the war was unwinnable, etc etc. Calling Tet a massive defeat (a "defeat" that destroyed the Vietcong as an offensive force, and driving the NVA to do all the assault work inside ARVN) was just the most grievous example.
So let's go back to Edward R Murrow. He didn't even pretend to be "Unbiased" he was (and rightfully so, but still biased) a unrepentant cheerleader for the allies, vilifying the axis at every opportunity.
Before that you had yellow journalism. And so on...

So far, it looks like the Iranian people will force regime change. Or it will come to a bloody end.
