This is why nukes are suddenly cool with the tech lefties again. Color me surprised. At least nukes are back on the menu. $%^&ing hypocrites.

Just like with the water in California, I foresee attacks on infrastructure if things get bad enough. Attacks that will wreck things for all involved. 🫤

Maybe it will push them to nuclear. Take the sites that they uglified with solar and wind and turn them to small nuclear. They would create more power and be more ecological. Win-win.

More nukes (reactors) is good nukes, as far as I am concerned. The best case scenario, as someone pointed out elsewhere, is for the AI bubble to pop just after the reactors are operational, giving a boost to the power grid overall.

Well, given that AI and similar algorithms control the grids, you can guess who's going to experience "temporary power outages" first.
