Scrabble. But it is difficult to find someone who wants to play nowadays. I remember playing Scrabble with my dad back in the 80s when I was home on leave. I played "ogive". Dad was well-read and an excellent Scrabble player. He challenged the word and said, "Use ogive in a sentence!" I sang to him, "♫ O give me a home where the buffalo roam...". Dad challenged the word. He lost. I never let dad forget it.
And that picture of the young women. No tattoos. No green hair. No nose rings. ***sigh***
My wife and I used to play Trivial Pursuit with some friends at our first assignment in the AF. Lots of fun. 🙂 We donated the game during one of our many PCSs when we couldn't find other interested in playing. 🤷♂️ Cell phones replaced human interaction.
I remember when a friend found a WRONG answer (Star wars trivia). I don't thing he's still forgiven them for that, decades later now.
There was also a wrong answer on the Navy- They said Anchors Aweigh was the Navy hymn. The ‘correct’ answer is the Navy Hymn! Grrrr…

I don't know why, but that photo of the girls looks familiar to me...
Oh, I enjoy these throwback essays!
Try Stratego. Liked that when I was 12.
