That's not a meme, that's a furious question that should be demanded of the next FEMA director, and if found to be not true a vigorous and terrifying prosecution of those who lied to keep money for their pet projects and friends must begin. We need to terrify bureaucrats to commit bland evil for the sake of personal bigotry and biases, let alone politics.
