I got an Italian smashed sandwich from a vendor at Fleet landing in Naples in 1967. Am unsure whether it was the Peroni beer or the cat fur attached to the slice of mystery meat that made me spew it up. Maybe both.
Thanks, Jim. I tried to find a website for this company, but the best I got was a Google page for it. Their open hours are from 5pm to 4 am in South Dakota, which I found fascinating. 🤔
