I married a foreigner. Got her here to the U.S. legally. Lots of paperwork. After she earned her citizenship we petitioned her mother, father, two brothers and two sisters to come here as immigrants. The process took 10 years, cost $15,000 in 1970's dollars and I had to fill out affidavits of support for all of them promising that I would be responsible for their financial well-being as their sponsor, not the government. Got them all here. None ever took a dime a welfare. They all did very well, got jobs, earned their way. Both brothers joined the Navy. One served for 4 years as a Boiler Tender. The other served for 31 years and retired a CWO4. 4 of the 6 became citizens. The mother and father passed away before they were able to become citizens. Who are these illegal aliens to come here, cut in line, go on the welfare rolls, steal identities, pay no taxes, wave the flags of their countries at protests? Yeah, I know they are all not bad people but they came here illegally, unvetted, no health exam or background checks. Go home, get in line, do it by the numbers. You are otherwise a criminal and do not belong here.
"Not bad" when comparing people coming here to make a brighter future for themselves and their family to the myriad of grifters and ne'er-do-wells. But right you are Boris, cutting line isn't acting good. If you came here illegally, you were involved in a crime in doing so. The default position should and must be deportation. Do it by the numbers, or stay in your own country. Harden your heart, America. This is an invasion. Repel them all, the "good", the bad, the ugly.
I know other legal immigrants who came here the right way, and they feel the same as Arnold - and are distinctly NOT a fan of these riots.
though the number of people who believe the crap on TV....We ran into a woman at the WV Ren Faire this weekend who thinks she's in formed but who was obviously getting all her news from CNN and NPR. She truly and fervently believed that ICE was rounding up US citizens and deporting them before they even had a chance to prove they were citizens.....she's the perfect example of why these idiots still get power and funding.....*sigh*

They might not be bad people, but they certainly aren't acting like good citizens ... or even visitors.
