The timing of Vogue including First Lady Jill Biden on the cover of its August issue Monday sparked intense reaction on both the right and the left following her husband's disastrous debate performance last week.
"Doctor" Jill cracks me up. I'm not hung up on credentialism, but I find it humorous every time I hear some non-medical type demand to be called "Doctor." I always have the temptation to make them call me "Master" for my Master's degree in elementary education. 😉 I look at a degree as something earned/obtained that doesn't really define the recipient. 🤷♂️

Ever since I was sure I was seeing Dark Brandon slipping deeper into the way too familiar depths of dementia and possibly Alzheimer's I noticed "Dr." Jill taking the reins more and more, just like Wilson's wife (Wilson's presidency essentially became a black box operation where she forged his name on legislation she wanted concealed in his sick room while he remained laid low by a stroke). Action on the 25th amendment should have happened in 2019 and is proving that there needs to be an apolitical triggering system for it's use that cannot be stopped by party politics and petty individuals and staffers. Someone with the legal authority and kick down the door to administer tests to prove the president is not non compos mentis. (The sickest part is this happened thanks to Robert Hur and the DOJ is stymieing the whole process which should result in yet another set of treason charges against Merrick Garland.)
The debate has done something actually quite extraordinary as Dr. Jill tries to run the country using her husband like a sock puppet, something her ex husband pointed out as a despicable act devoid of love and all about power in her greedy heart. It has also exposed, like a tv episode of a police drama, there actually is a true crime family as they all gathered at Camp David. A regular "La Cosa Nostra" of family and close friends gathered to be consigliari and "advise" the old doorstop to keep the gravy train running. In reality they probably propped him in the corner and decided how they were going to keep the fraud going, because this decrepit old wreck is the source of all the grift. Once he's out of power, the lights go out.
Hilary found that out when she was no longer first lady and fought like hell to be a senator, then SecState and is DESPERATE to become president and with a track record to walk over dead bodies to get what she wants.
My gut is saying Joe won't drop out till he drops dead, but Hilary owns the DNC and orders have gone out to have him replaced (probably to get her on the ballot). What's going to be really interesting is the wild card, Cacklin' Kamala because it's Joe's name on the ballot, and barring death or 25th amendment, it can't be replaced except by Cackles. So she's gotta go before the convention, a convenient replacement (Hilary) must be put in, then Joe's gotta go.
Time is so tight too. It's unlikely to work but may be tried anyway. Otherwise, these shenanigans at the convention where the smoke filled backroom chooses the candidate will result in a party schizm so hard, it's going to make Chicago '68 look like a tea party.
So way to go "Dr." Jill. You're stupid avarice and greed is going to give this country a existential crisis that hasn't been seen since 1860.
In the end, dozens of people should be going to prison for committing and protecting such a crime against the American people.
