Interesting...
Talk about ‘inside knowledge’...
A grand jury indicted former FBI Director James Comey in September on charges of making false statements to Congress and obstructing a congressional proceeding. Comey pleaded not guilty on October 8.
Comey’s legal troubles are just beginning, however, as federal prosecutors are seeking to remove Comey defense attorney Patrick Fitzgerald from his case, citing a conflict of interest.
Full article, HERE from Town Hall.
Since Fitzgerald was the so called ‘middleman’ getting information from Comey to the law professor, he’s at least culpable in the handling of classified documents...
And who knows what else he was involved in? I can’t help but wonder if Comey’s use of him as his attorney was to prevent Fitzgerald from being called as a witness?
Or was there going to be a claim of ‘attorney/client privilege’ among other things?
I don’t know where this is all going to go, but I’m pretty sure I’m going to need more popcorn and probably a dictionary to figure out what they are saying. The question will be ‘which’ dictionary to use... sigh

There IS NO Client Attorney privilege anymore. They got rid of that when they indicted Trump's attorney's and sent them to jail.
That's gone now.
There is an old saying, "An Attorney who represents him/her self has a fool for a client."
This goes double when said representitive attorney might be an as yet unindicted co conspirator!
