I'm surprised we got anything at all, since even "conservative" politicians seem to lose their minds when they get to DC. All the 3-letter stuff needs to go (NFA, CIA, FBI...), but I guess that's wishful thinking.
When the Senate Parliamentarian declared Short Barrel R & S not a tax issue, she declared the NFA unconstitutional, as the bill was justified as a tax to make it meet constitutional requirements. What is it? How come no one in the Senate argued that? They reduce the "tax" to $0, but we still have the paperwork and the feds can still track who owns what. Congress is spineless, both sides of the aisle. Democrats will lie for no reason and Republicans will argue over nothing and accomplish little. The OBBB is great, but even a broken clock is right twice a day...
Sometimes, when working with committees, especially ones who have been entrenched for a long time, you have to take baby steps. This has been a whirlwind of baby steps with DOGE and all, but even the BBB can't Evil Kenevil the Grand Canyon. It is going to take time and patience on our parts, along with continuing to hold their feet to the fire. Just my thoughts.

But, but...there'd be blood in the streets. ...the children. Oh my...
The spineless pricks.

Happy Independence Day!
They didn't pass Trump's BBB.....they passed the Senate Parliamentarian's Bill.
1/2 "price" for an Inland PM-22 rimfire can is an improvement, though.
Keep fighting. I'm in a blue state but y'all red staters primary your cowards and try again.
Yeah, the republicans let us down again. I voted for Trump in the last election.
I think it's safe to say I'm not voting for any more republicans in federal elections.
I'm tired of voting for a party of lying assholes.
