Most folks require a kick in the pocketbook to spot things like this. Everyone knows public education is messed up, but very few actually know just how deeply, deeply messed up it is. And darn few of those are willing to say it out loud for fear of losing those oh-so-cushy public teacher jobs or for fear of offending the teachers' unions, long may they burn in .... But that's another story. 🤷♂️

Agreed! Friend's wife was a teacher in Loudoun Co, elementary school. She said something and got 'retired'... And is loving being OUT of that CF...
