I hate to say this, but that "meme" is over 50 years old. I remember when it showed up in the California Farm Bureau newsletter right after CalOSHA was formed.
I see the emissions control system is already outdated and not up to modern code-it does not have the natural methane converter to arrest methane emission from the tail pipe
Government agencies rarely have to implement designs, so they never learn how onerous their decrees are. I wish we could implement fines against federal employee pensions as a way to register complaints. Then make it illegal for retired/fired federal employees to do anything but start businesses under the decrees they inflicted on others. 😈
